A very personal book even though it is set in the 15th century. It took me almost four years to write, even though it is so short. It is about a journey in the mind and in time as well as the story of a pilgrimage from England to the Holy Land.

"An enchanting book that provides a vivid sense of life at a time when our forebears co-existed closely with hunger, dreams, lice, angels, contagion, foul odours, mermaids and miracles"
